Notary Public

Armor Insurance, LLC provides notary public services for individuals and businesses in Opelika and Lee County. Contact us to find out what to bring for your situation.

How We Can Help

We help with notarization of documents you bring to us, so long as the signer is present and requirements are met.

What You May Need

Requirements vary and can change. Items often requested include:

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID for each signer
  • The complete document, left unsigned until you are with the notary
  • Every person who needs to sign, present at the appointment
  • Any witnesses the document requires
  • Details on who requested the document, if you know them

A notary may decline to notarize if requirements are not met, such as missing identification or an incomplete document. For questions about what your document requires, contact the requesting party or a licensed attorney.

How It Works

  • Contact Us: Reach out by phone, online, or in person to schedule.
  • Bring Your Items: Bring your unsigned document and valid photo ID.
  • Verify: We confirm identity and review that the document appears complete.
  • Sign and Notarize: You sign in front of the notary and we complete the notarial act.
Armor Insurance, LLC is not a government agency, is not a law firm, and is not affiliated with the State of Alabama or Lee County. A notary public verifies the identity of the signer and witnesses the signing. A notarization does not confirm that a document’s contents are accurate, legal, or enforceable, and acceptance of a notarized document is decided by the receiving party. We do not provide legal advice. Fees and requirements are set by law and may change.
